Upgrading to 2.1-Please standby

Like the title said, Wordpress 2.1 is out and I’m going to be spending the next hour or so upgrading. So if things get a little funky please bear with me since this is a major upgrade and I have to deactivate all my plugins before the upgrade takes place.
