I returned form Boston last night after a very rude procedure and I’m down and out today. So I’ll have to postpone the post that I wanted to write upon my arrival home for a bit while I recover from this wonderful adventure in measuring my stomach PH. It’s not so much the test but the lack of sleep, all the wrong food and the trip itself that did me in.

I’ll be back at it soon enough. And thanks to those who have wished me well.
