Well, at least it is here anyway but the thought still goes no matter what time it is where you are. Just to let anyone know who’s been following my health situation of late, I’m finally feeling better thanks to a med for chronic pain that the VA prescribed that’s non-narcotic and had initial side effects I could actually tolerate (I hate pills ya’ know). This is good for the pain I was experiencing was getting out of hand. Such sweet relief and I don’t have to go around in some sort of narcotic fog in order to have some semblance of function.
And I can operate heavy machinery too!
This of course, means that it’s time to get hot on certain projects that I had to put aside while the VA finally figured out a solution for me. One of these is to pick up where I left off in that Absolute Beginner’s WordPress of which I’ve already seen a sidebar link to in someone else’s blog (Hi Micki). To that person I say thank you for hanging in there and patiently waiting for me to get my act together so I could finish it.
And speaking of that person, I’ve been recently tagged by Micki in a meme project (kinda’ new to me but I’ll give it my best shot) and have received the “Thinking Blogger” award (and what a neat little graphic it is too. Can’t wait to stick it in my sidebar). More on this later but I need to get hot on that post also.
And this leads to the yet another thing I have to write up. I had been asked to write up a guest post for Quasi Fictional as a result of receiving an SOB (see sidebar) from Liz Strauss which I’m very delinquent on.
I hate it when health issues slow me up.
Of course there’s things to do around home that had to be put aside also. It’s okay though. Feeling better makes all the difference.
Alright then…I need to be off to work and I’ve sat here too long already. Oh…to do this for a living…wouldn’t that be just wonderful. In the meantime, there’s a paycheck to be made.
I don’t have time to proofread this so excuse the mistakes please. Have a great day all.
Now get well soon first. I can wait more.
Hey Dio,
I seem to be on my way. Now all I have to do is jump start my brain and I’ll be on my way.
Thanks.
