Two Good Reads
Found a couple of old(er) bloggers like myself that I’ve really come to enjoy reading. The first being Going Like Sixty (who I’ve had in my sidebar for awhile already) who actually led me to the second (because he was busy insulting him at the time), Head Rambles (who enjoys insulting him back) who will be placed in my sidebar shortly. These two lovable characters have been around for a good while now and can be a bit crusty at times (but then again–so can I) but they’re always well written, funny as h*ll and just a good read. So if you don’t mind a a few “sentence enhancer’s” springing up now and then, pop in and see what’s going on.

Need to move the blog
I believe it’s getting to the point where I need to move the blog to my own hosting account. Right now it lives on a sub-domain of my honey’s website and her Frontpage extensions and my WordPress install are arguing about it (see previous article). To do this I need close to a couple hundred bucks so obviously it’s not going to happen tomorrow but it’s definitely on my list of things to do. Have to pay the bills first you know.

I got another award! (you may cheer now) 
I absolutely love these awards that my fellow bloggers give to each other. Sort of like those little trophy’s that you can buy in a gift shop that says “World’s Greatest Dad” and such. A bit of appreciation from your blogging comrades that they appreciate what you do. And another has come my way. This time it’s a BOB (Break Out Blogger) and it was passed on to me by Janet of Life in Westcliffe who received the award herself. Now I’m going to keep this short because it deserves it’s own post plus the fact I need to name 3 other bloggers that I believe deserve this award also (I have you picked out already [insert evil laugh]) and I was just told that dinner is ready so I best be off right quick.
