Always glad to "shout" and thanks for the link to that other site. Man! wouldn't I love the opportunity (and money  etc etc) to do something like that. A bit hard to look out the windows but I'm sure we could work around that.

Yeah, I visited all of the silos, and I'm pretty much obsessed with them. I collected some interesting materials on my journey, and unearthed many, many more questions about our nuclear history here. 

In other words, I don't think I'm done with my work. Stay tuned.

Here's &lt;a&gt;another great site&lt;/a&gt; that might interest you. One of the guys I interviewed for my story actually keeps a website of his progress as he makes his silo into a habitable home. He's still got a long way to go, but you have to admire the guy.</description>
