Dealing With the Snow Today
Posted by Kirk M on 07 Feb 2008 | Tagged as: Life at home
Man, it’s been a snowy winter so far. Seems like every other day we’re out with the shovel moving the ridge of ice and snow that the [insert nasty word here] sidewalk plow leaves across our driveway every time a flake falls out of the sky or like the last three days, running the snow blower early in the morning so people can get to work.
And I’m headed out again right after I publish this.
I think I’m going to blow up that [insert nasty word here] sidewalk plow. Whaddaya think?

We got it yesterday! I cannot believe how much frickin snow we have outside! Took me 3 hours for the airport trip! I agree Kirk, this winter has been snow one day after the next and extremely frigid temps. I am so ready for this to be over

Hi Elaine,
Sorry you had to drive on a day like that, especially that long drive to the airport. Good thing you know how huh?
I’ve been out with the shovel and snow blower twice today. The problem with this winter is not only is it more snowy than usual but these storms sometimes seem to spring up out of nowhere. Could be a “Major Climatic Shift” [insert: dramatic musical flourish here].
March is next, then April. Hard to stop that kind of progress you know. Have faith.
