Firefox 3 beta 4 Hits the Streets

firefox 3 Just so everyone knows, earlier today Mozilla put up the official release of Firefox 3 beta 4 on their FTP servers and just recently updated the official download page so those who’ve been waiting can now . For an in depth look at what this new beta is all about, check out Mozilla Link’s beta 4 post.

I can attest that the new beta is perceptibly faster than beta 3 was with even more bug fixes and improvements and don’t worry about the new browser needing a to finish it off–it’s worth the wait, believe me.

  1. Have you looked at the browser called Flock? Pretty cool stuff – really oriented toward bloggers and social nets. I like it a lot! Haven’t made a full commitment to it however.

Yup, I’ve heard of it. Used to use it to upload photos to Photobucket way back when the blog was first located at the original Blogger (shudder). Never installed it again after I reloaded the ‘puter. Perhaps I should take a look, ay? Thanks for reminding me of it. It showed a lot of promise even back then.
