I'm back obviously and the reason I had to go down was that I thought I may have blown out another hernia. The last four weeks has been pretty painful for me down around that area (left side this time). To make a long story short, it turned out that I have a problem in my left hip which is causing pain similar to that which is caused by a hernia. The pain is just radiating into the lower left abdomen. Beats a hernia and all the wonderful problems associated with it any day. Thanks for your kind thoughts.
