Man, I feel bloody awful!

Isn’t that a great way to start a post?

Unfortunately it’s true enough. I had a massive flare up of that service related problem in my gut last week (GERD and the effects thereof) and it’s taken this long not to get any better. It can quit it any time now I tell ya.

So this is just a short note to let you know that I haven’t abandoned the blog at all it’s just extremely difficult to come up with any good, quality content when I’m feeling like I have a never ending case of the stomach flu. I’ll be back when things quiet down some.

Thanks for your patience.

  1. Right here waiting!
Missing your Firefox updates. Guess nothing to write because it’s close to release?
    Take care

  2. Sorry to hear your not feeling well. Get better soon!

  3. Thanks janeywan, finally feel a little better today which is good since I have to take the chain saw and cut down the sign posts at the old shop. Wouldn’t want to miss ya’ know. :P

  4. Hey Sixty,

Between moving the the quilt shop to the new location and feeling lousy I haven’t had a chance to write anything for the last several days and it’s really frustrating as you might imagine. And your mostly right about Firefox being so close to finish but there was at least 2 or 3 more posts I wanted to get out that I haven’t been able to. We have one more RC to look forward to and I found a rather big bug in RC1 that I’ve filed a bug report for involving high CPU use (it’s a few posts back) and I’m hoping to make it stick. Several others have confirmed the problem’s existence so here’s hoping it gets fixed before the final. More on that later.

Thanks for checking on me. :D I have some trips to make down to the VA this week so I’ll be missing in action for a little while yet.
