The Trouble with Weekdays

And a Good morning all. I was Just Thinkin’ about weekdays, working and blogging and the trouble with doing both at the same time. For the working man this does become a problem. Right now I’m looking at my wonderful little corner of blogdom and thinking how nice it would be if I could spend every morning not worrying about paychecks and money etc as most people must and just doing research on my favorite subjects of the day, throwing together some general content for a couple-three posts and then having a nice leisurely lunch.
In the afternoon, I’d take all this material and spend many happy hours writing up, proof-reading, tagging and publishing these couple-three posts for all to read and enjoy (or not as the case may be). Then, just around supper time, I could spend a few minutes admiring my new posts and patting myself on the back for a job well done.
Accomplishing all the above on some beautiful island in the Caribbean where my lady and I could lay recline upon some warm, sunny beach and sip Pina Colada’s all day would be ideal now wouldn’t it?
Hmmm. I guess this little post is all about winning the lottery actually.
*heavy Sigh*
Right! Don’t quit the day job then.

Yeah that would be nice, wonder if you’d eventually get bored though? If I had a wireless laptop to play on under the shade tree I think I could last quite awhile living the ‘easy’ life. If you hit the lotto don’t forget to invite friends
