Here’s the probable answer to the Akismet problems we’ve been experiencing–server problems. Once they get moved over to the new servers, I’ll be able to use both Spam Karma 2 and Akismet 2.0 plugins to stop these miserable spammers and get back to what I do best with this blog. Rambling around.

So my faithful spam eating Akismet plugin has apparently lost it’s mind and is voraciously eating all the suspected spam comments posted to my blog and no longer holding them in it’s queue for myself to moderate. After all, a few of these past-captured suspects were actual valid comments. Not many but even one valid [...] Read more »
You know, there’s enough things that you have to deal with on a day to day basis that will hold you up in one way, shape, form or another without having to deal with all those idiots out there smothering me with spam when I get home from work.
