Wordpress.org has released a security update to it’s main 2.2 branch and the legacy 2.0 branch. Since security against hackers is even more important these days than ever, I’m not hesitating at about upgrading immediately.

Short note here to know that the upgrade to Wordpress 2.2 went without a hitch. The built in “Sidebar Widgets” even kept my sidebar in the correct form. I did have to transfer all my King Text widgets stuff over to regular Wordpress text widgets before I could upgrade but I did that yesterday in [...] Read more »
