The upgrade to WordPress 2.3.1 may have fixed a lot of bugs that existed in the original 2.3 release but it seems that it created another rather large one. Just when you think everything is going smoothly you find out something is awry and today when I checked my Dashboard I noticed I had a few new incoming links displayed in Google’s Blog search box as well as Technorati’s. So what the hell happened to the trackbacks that were supposed to be there.

…there’s no edit function any longer for the comment form and that some of your bookmarks go to 404 pages it’s due to turning off 3 plugins in an effort to keep things working properly.
